Willingness to travel, domicile
We advise our clients locally at their premises and expect our consultants to be willing to travel. However, we do not dictate where our consultants should live. Feel free to stay at your present place of residence and travel to your projects from there. Your place of residence is secondary to us – you choose where to stay.
Long-term involvement in a project vouches for long-term engagement.
Whenever feasible – depending on the personal and operational concerns and the needs of customers – we enable you to work in our headquarter in Karlsruhe or in our offices in Pfäffikon or Dusseldorf or Munich or from the Home Office.
